YHC set out this morning, pulled out the costume storage bag, and made the best possible selection for the day.... one with a hood, because it was rainy!
When we all arrived on site, there was someone there stretching... perhaps a downranger, because he got there right around 5:30 and left at 6:15. Maybe my Tigger costume scared him away. We may never know...
Warm-O-Rama:
At the recommendation of False Start, we did a warmup.

The Thang:
YHC thought long and hard about what a Tigger might do in the gloom. One thing was for certain. A Tigger would murder bunnies, and so we did.
Around the track we go, 10 murder bunnies then two American Hammers. We increased the AH's by two every time we stopped until we got to 26 if i recall. That was too many... Switched it up to 5 merkins and didn't tell Lumbergh not to increase by two each time. That was fun for a Tigger.
Along the way, we said "hi" to the guy running around the track. He said hi. We moved on. Nothing to see here... just two dudes and a Tigger.
We got about 2/3rds of the way through the track and the complaints were coming in... YHC decided to change it up so we turned around and Cusacked back to the start. Every so often, YHC called for a pause and we did some Michael Phelps. We made it back to the parking lot and rotated exercises:
Farmer carry, Curls, Big Boys (we used the cinder to stay dry, same with the AHs... Tiggers don't like to be wet).

Great to lead! Hope more show for the dry beatdowns. I should have some better costumes coming in the mix and will attempt to theme the beatdown, should I be Qing.
