The Thang:

‘Twas the dawn at Rubicon, seven years to the day,

Ha-ha returned, where F3 began its play.

With railroad rails, bowling balls, and more,

He set out the presents, a workout to explore.

At the flag we gathered, a small group so keen,

5:30 hit, and off to the pool lot we careened.

Side straddle hops, weed pickers in the air,

Imperial walkers joined, a festive flair.

Mid-weed pickers, a surprise to unfold,

23 strong, a brotherhood to behold.

To the workout area, the crew did march,

Tabata stations ready, a challenging arch.

Run laps, burpees, curls, and press,

Skull crushers, upright rows, oh, what a mess!

Battle ropes whipping, LBCs on the mat,

With girlfriends nearby, we can’t forget that.

Merkins and squats, lunges, and more,

Jump squats, a Tabata symphony to explore.

Timer set, 20 seconds, work with might,

10 seconds rest, a festive delight.

Alt Rock Christmas tunes in the air,

As we moved through the stations with flair.

Five minutes left, equipment in its place,

Back to the flag for Flutter Kicks’ embrace.

Box Cutters joined, a finale so grand,

The Circle of Trust, a united band.

Home we went, responsibilities to fulfill,

Ha-ha’s legacy at Rubicon, F3’s thrill.
