Warm-O-Rama:

Air chair wave of monkey humpers, up to 20 counting by 2's. Even Sparky was able to count.

The Thang:

Exponential burpees - 1 single press burpee, run a lap 2 double press burpees, run a lap 3 triple press burpees, run a lap ... you get the idea. We made it up to 9, for a total of 285 merkin-burpees!
