The Thang:

Set 1: 11’s. Bernie Sanders up the hill between exercises (start with 10 at bottom 1 at top)
  • Step ups and burpees
Set 2: Max effort merkins then lap around the parking lot (repeat 4x) Set 3: 30 squats, lunge walk across parking lot, 30 squats, lunge walk back and return to flag
