Crossroads channel really quiet. Dare I break the ice knowing it will mean I have to get up and possibly literally break the ice to go run.

The Thang:
Head to Milton Track for laps. Not official speed work but found you can just go faster on a track. We loop and loop and chat and Caffey and I break out one fast lap before heading back.
