It had been a while so YHC took the Q since GMonley was out of town and looking a substitute.
We ran the trails to the rec center for the following warm-up exercises:
10 Weed Pickers
arm circles in both directions
After warm-0-rama the PAX ran to the football field parking lot, partnered up and grabbed a shared coupon.
From the middle of the parking lot, Partner A did rock coupons while Partner B ran to the concession stand and did wall exercises. The exercises were as follows:

300 Rows 15 Bridges
The coupons were then returned and we met in the football field end zone where the partners did wheelbarrow carries to the 25 yard line then did 20 big boys. Then the partners switched who was the wheelbarrow and then did another 20 big boys at the 50 yard line. This continued to the other end of the field. With time running out, the PAX bear crawled to the 50 yard line and then ran back to the flag.
