Rainy day usually means low numbers but we still worked hard.


Warm up in the pavilion.  

The Thang:

A gently-used workout called Clear the Board.  A board of pain with 5 upper body, 5 core and 5-7 lower body/other exercises. There were 15 tick marks next to most of the exercises and YHC instructed the men that a tick mark was 20 reps of said exercise unless otherwise indicated. Pretty simple. A Lynyrd Skynyrd playlist was started and we were off. Upper body

  • Dips
  • HR merkins
  • Shrugs with picnic table
  • One more that I will think of 5 minutes after I submit this bb
  • WW1 sit-ups
  • Wingnuts (this was new for me and they suck)
  • Crab cakes
  • Flutter kicks
  • Iron cross
  • Burpees x10
  • Bear crawl to a designated spot then run back
  • Run to a designated spot then run back
  • Monkey humpers
  • Calf raises with picnic table
  • Step up-ups (to the top of the picnic table)
Time ran out before we finished but there will always be another round of clear the board.


Praise for Fannypack going to San Antonio to surprise his dad who is celebrating his 80th birthday. Prayers for Feathers' dad's biopsy results and treatment ahead. Prayers for all of our aging parents. Praise for a great wedding weekend for Speedo's son and new daughter-in-law.
