Preamble:

YHC had not been to Firehouse in a while due to baby and wife's schedule. He was disappointed that his surprise Q had a few fartsacks, but was excited nonetheless.

Warm-O-Rama:

Run to the Spot (TM).  Side Straddle hops, toy soldiers, etc.

The Thang:

We went down to the well, and did sprints, then an exercise, then a short recovery.  Rinse and repeat.  After 30 minutes, went back to main area and did an Indian run.  Return to flag for Mary.

COT:

Prayers were give.

Naked-Man Moleskin:

YHC wanted to do coffee, but had to be home to take care of responsibilities at home.  Have missed the workout and coffee after.
