Tour of 11s & a couple potty breaks

Preamble:

It was time for the Q to return more to his “on brand” playlist so after getting an 80s hip hop playlist queued up, we were ready to roll. No newcomers in the parking lot, so a very brief disclaimer was given and we were off.

The Thang:

The Q wanted to keep it simple today, so we started with a round of 11s from the crosswalk to the top of the hill after each getting a solid 2 hander coupon. We then started our 11s with double curls at the bottom of the hill (instead of counting up by 1, 2, 3, we’d count up by 2s) and then do star jumps at the top of the hill. One catch was that 3 of the trips up the hill needed to be done in Bernie fashion. The PAX mainly stuck within a round or 2 of one another and for those that finished early, we did squatty potties on the curb for the 6.

We got rid of our coupons and moseyed back to the main parking lot area for the next round of 11s. Everyone lined up along the facing the same direction in a wall sit position. We would do wall sit toy soldiers (alpha count) then bear crawl to the edge of the parking lot for hand-release mercans.

We still have a bit more time left, so the PAX was instructed to head over to the curb for another round of 20 squatty potties. Short mosey to the flag parking lot for v-ups and American hammers.
