Just start running.
The Thang:
We ran to Glenn Abbey dodging the rain mostly. We veered downhill to the far left of the hood and the doubles back uphill as the fun was just kicking in. We then back to the road and down and up hill to end up at Occee with about 4 minutes to go. The group ended with 20 Mercians and several stretches as time was called.
