3am Ruck

Preamble:
Chef drove in from Gwinnett to Q the 3am ruck and arrived at the start of an epic thunderstorm. Audible to stay under the pavilion put a dent in our rucking plans.

The Thang:
Had planned for tabata pain stations during the ruck, so we took turns calling exercises- 50 sec on, 10 sec off. Rucks involved where possible. With 5 of us, we went 5 or 6 rounds. By this time the lightning had passed and the rain was dying down, so we made the decision to do a quick ruck for the last 15 minutes.
