Preamble:
It was time for the annual birthday Q, so I decided to lead a “Chapter 11 Special” and bring back the “Alpha Bucks”
Warm-O-Rama:
I’ll be honest, I’m posting this BB in April, 3 months late… so I don’t remember what we did for the warm-O-Rama.
The Thang:
As best I can remember, I had the PAX do some kind of workout to “Earn” their Alpha bucks. Something like do a few exercises and then run a lap to earn some Alpha Bucks.
Later on, we moved to some tough 11s, with something like Burpees and Bonnie Blairs or something horrible like that, and the PAX could use their previously heard earned Alpha Bucks to purchase some “modifications” for the 11s ($10 would turn your Burpees into Merkins, or something like that).
COT:
It was 3 months ago and I honestly don’t remember…

My bad for posting this 3 months late… but I also had a 2 month old at home so I feel like I get some kind of pass this time.
BUT I do remember how kind all of the Norsmen PAX were to shower me and my family with some gifts when our daughter Lucy was born. Really appreciate these men! Being a part of this community is definitely the best part of F3.
