Halpha Run

Preamble:

Whiz had the Q, but caught a cold in the morning. I saw the slack call and picked up the Q since I was already going to be at Halpha Day. I planned a run with a few turns, but after listening to the mumble chatter between sessions I opted for an out and back to Avalon.

Warm-O-Rama:

No warm-up, just running.

The Thang:

Out and back to Avalon. Modify as necessary. Planned a four miler, most did four, some did more, some did less, but everyone pushed themselves.

COT:

YHC was on the ground at the end, but we circled up and held CoT. Good work at Halpha Day to everyone who came out.
