Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey with 2 cinders up to the lot near the community building, did the following after giving an ok disclaimer:

The Thang:

Before starting a merkin mile (or laps), instructed Pax not to set the 2 cinders on the ground the rest of the BD. Hand off as needed, but not setting them down. As some pax did 10 merkins and ran laps, others carried the 2 cinders around the pond. Did it for 3-4 laps, then over to the shelter.

once over at the shelter, 10 merkins, 10 dips, 10 LBCs, then run to bridge for 1 burpee. Next 20 reps, then 30 reps. Ariel had a great idea to do 40 reps, so 40 it is. Then mosey over to the three way stop over by the baseball field.

the 2 pax with the cinders would cusack over to the other side of the parking lot. Until they finished, all other pax would bear crawl across the lot. Sic’em took his sweet time, so Norm took his cinder and double timed it across the parking lot.

went to the playground for some quick pull ups and shrugs, before getting back in time for Mary.

Todays cinder game was meant to illustrate everyone struggles. Some are more evident than others, but you should always accept help before it’s too late, and there isn’t any shame in asking for help.
