Preamble:

Caffey was willing to Q. I was due to Q and actually be there for it. Caffey wanted speed work.

The Thang:

We went to the stop sign bwe turned right. We ran to the roundabout at Chaffing. We came home.

Challenge of intervals. Every half mile shave 45 sex to a minute off then rest half mile. Gave me a good push to get to sub 9.
