Head to the pavilion to drop the laminated XL weinke & speaker.  Mosey to the adjacent turf field for a full lap, followed by a circle up with the following:

• SSH – 15x
• Weedpicker- 10x
• Imperial walkers- 15x
• Fwd/Reverse Arm Circles
• Hug it out, Bitch (Aka Michael Phelps, COVIDs)

The Thang:

Full disclosure, this was a recycle from… before times.  7 of Diamonds, intended to be done on a baseball field, but rain+dirt makes mud.  So it was more like Cricket, running in a line back and forth from the batsman to the bowler- just pretend it’s 4 bases.

• Round 1; 7 Absolerkin/Absolutionish things
• Round 2; 14 mini-Captain Thors (1 BBSU: 4 Alpha Count American hammers)
• Round 3; 21 Imperial Squat Walkers
• Round 4; 28 SSH
• Round 5; 21 Merkins
• Round 6; 14 Alpha Count Lunges
• Round 7; 7 Burpees

We planked for the 6 after each round.

With 3 minutes on the clock, we tried a new one from Zohan’s Alpha Exicon: the Ascending Testicles.  “Cousin of Balls to the Wall. Start with feet on wall in 15 degree descending Merkin (Derkin) position. Do 10 Derkins then walk feet up wall to 45 degree Derkin position. 10 more Derkins then walk feet up wall to full Balls to the Wall pose. Can add 10 more Derkins here if you’re tough enough. Or hold in BTTW pose.”  No hand-clap derkins from the crew today.

Prayers for my parents as a near relative will likely pass in the next day or so.
