You don’t have to sell it so hard…

Preamble:

With Cropduster just (re-)starting, Stroller put out a call for local pax to lead and teach some of the shortcuts and local cut-throughs. Heeding the call, I stepped in to pick up a Q.

Warm-O-Rama:

No warm-up, just run.

The Thang:

My neighborhood, Park Brook, has a greenway connection from the back tennis courts to the Big Creek Greenway. Along the path, there are various connections to the Brookside Office Park too. With all of the possible options this path offers, showing my fellow Cropdusters the options was an easy choice for my Q. In the future, others can mix and match segments to make their routes.

We ran from Ocee to the corner of Kimball and State Bridges before running down Old Milton Parkway to Brookside Office Park. From there we turned into the office park and were supposed to stay on the road until we passed Georgia State’s Alpharetta Campus, but I turned in to early so we cut through the parking lot. Rejoining the road, we crossed over and ducked behind the Northpoint Church sign to access the Park Brooke path taking that all the way back through the neighborhood to Kimball Bridge before finishing at Ocee again for CoT.

COT:

We circled up and shared announcements about the Promise 686 run this weekend and Halpha Day on April 21. Late Fee shared his recent misfortune about losing his job, and prayers were shared for Feathers current challenges and other Pax’ Health.
