Three’s Company

Preamble:

Showed up at 4:40 for my 4:46 pre run start, weatherman was wrong again. Cool and breezy, perfect running weather. Ran back to the flag at 5 to pick up any pre runners, no one showed. Started out the the Publix and back and noticed a car, it was Jiminy. Must have missed him by a few minutes.

Thought I would be solo today but saw Inseam Cumming in hot….thanks brother.

Line up on the end line do 100 lbc’s then run to other end line do 100 squats back to first do 100 flutter kicks(each leg) then end back at second to finish off with 100 lunges(50 each leg). Nice ab and lower body routine. Named for Wilts NBA record 100 pt game.

Mosey to the hill below the tennis courts for 11’s.

10 – star jumps at the top

9-2, 8-3 and so on

Mosey to the coupon pile next to the flag, do Colt 45’s
