Quite a few took a break this week, but we had a small group of faithful men gettin ‘er done in the warm weather. Ha-Ha continues to train Tricycle how to count.
Warm-O-Rama:
Side Straddle Hop, Arm Circles, The Hillbilly, Windmills, Imperial Walkers and a good dose of Good Mornings.
The Thang:
Bring Sally Up Squats, Running in place+Heel Flicks and Skips with Merkins in b/w sets.
11’s up and down the NLB Hill w/ Jump Squats+ Diamonds and Mtn Climbers + Werkins
Six Minutes of Mary: The Dolly, Dying Cockroach, Amer Hammer, LBC, Freddy Mercury and Supermans
COT:
Prayers for Training Wheel’s M as she keeps up the great work quitting smoking, PM’s Mom recovery from surgery, Spider’s job situation, and RedRyder’s ankle. Many NLB guys are working on their Life Story.
