Pax2- squats up and down stairs

Pax3- lunges up and down stairs

PAx4- inch worms up and down stairs

Rd2 – Pax 1 runs around the church, rotate until all run

Pax2- squats up and down stairs

Pax3- dips up and down stairs

PAx4- mtn climbers up and down stairs
