Preamble:

Pain train is back in town. Lets go!

Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey over to the curved-ass parking lot. Good Morning, Weedpicker, SSH, Abbreviated Bat Wings

Mosey over to the coupon pile by the flag. Everyone grabbed Large-Extra Large rocks and headed over to the football field, home sideline.

The Thang:

Like the good ole days in the weight room, we’ll do a little push/pull strength training sandwiched with a little cardio.

11s: across the football field. (52 yards)

Rounds 1: Hand Release Mercans / Bent Over Rows (proper form demonstrated to avoid injury)

Round 2: Curls for the gurls / skull crushers.

 

In between each round we did some cardio…as follows

Round 1.5: Two laps around the field. Follow the boundary lines. 75% Sprint the longs. Mosey/recover the shorts.

Round 2.5: Black Mamba twice around. Like an Indian Run but the pax running to the front must weave in and out of the line of pax.

COT:

Prayers for Jugdish’s brother starting up a business in Ukraine. Snowman reminded us the impact and importance of being there for your kids.
