YHC saw the Q sheet empty, and in his Thanos voice said “Fine, I’ll do it myself”.

YHC did a pre-run, with Zuckerburg and Suarez joining in halfway through.

Normal mosey, normal warm up, yada yada yada.

DORAS!!!!

We did Doras for approximately 30 minutes.

Then we did Dan Taylors, but with a sensible ratio of 1 squat to two (alpha-count) lunges.

Finished with some Mary at the flag.

FNG (now Full Moon) provided some solid wisdom about helping others and how you end up helping yourself.

Prayers were given, then we had some fellowship (no one brought coffee).
