Just felt like running…
The Thang:
Ran up Roswell road, back down Robinson, through fullers park, and down a VERY dark path through the woods back to East Cobb Park
Lots of stops for sets of 10 reps along the way, a stop at the baseball fields for stadium box jump, another at the Fuller’s park turf field for bear crawls and more running, then finally a stop at the ECP stage for lots of derkins and leg raises off the stage.
