Grease Monkey had been bringing the hurt due to open Q slots. YHC decided to take Wednesday and stop the streak.

The Thang:
The board of loops was unveiled and I tried to explain how we would do the 2 different sets. Everyone was confused and not sure what I was talking about.
In my defense it was 24 hours after a Covid-19 booster and I was somewhat delirious. So after explaining everything very slowly again and seeing some head nods we were off.
Clockwise loop had –
5 burpees
10 mercans
15 SSH
20 big boys
25 squats
30 air press
The counter clockwise loop had –
5 American hammers
10 jump squats
15 lunges
20 copperhead squats
25 shoulder taps
30 air press
There were between 5 and 6 loops completed, lots of mumble chatter but mostly abuse. Fun times!
Mosey back to the flag picking up the 6 on the way. There was time for a few sets of Mary, flutter kicks and dying cockroach.
