A Valley Girl potpourri with some hard chicken peckers

Preamble:

Glad to substi-Q for Whiz who is out of town, and he always brings the pain so I tried to set up a good BD.

Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey down the hill to the bottom by the football field, circled up for WP, WMH, mountain climbers, moroccan nightclubs, SSH, and good mornings.

The Thang:

Mosey’d over to the lower football field for the first few thangs.

  1.  Wolverine ladder – Run to 10 yd line, back pedal back to goal line-1 wolverine. To the 20, BP back, 2 wolverines…up to the 50 yd line, then ladder’d back down to the goal line.  25 total wolverines.
  2. Triple 5 – starting at goal line, 5 Broad Jumps, lungewalk 5 steps, 5 squats. R&R until you get to other goal line. Quads were tight.
    Sprinted to other goal line, 10 merkins.
    Sprinted to other goal line, 10 squats.
  3. Lunge walk to 50 yd line, stopping for 10 merkins every 10 yds.  Legs tired, so we mosey to the upper football field. Forgot how far and inclined this run back is.

Spread out on the bleachers for dips.  On Q direction.  Did dips to failure, then hit WWI sit ups in cadence.  Then did Derkins on Q direction to failure.  Crunchy frogs IC

Over to the small building.  Thanks to Speedo for the chicken pecker idea, so we did 10 Donkey Kicks, 10 Chicken peckers, followed by 10 BBSU.  3 rounds replacing BBSU with Flutter Kicks and Rosalita.  Chicken Peckers are hard (lol), so the last one we did 10 Carolina dry docks.

Prayers out to Benny’s dad having some heart issues.

Naked-Man Moleskin:

I always try to make the BD a full body work out while getting somewhat creative but not confusing.  I always look forward to being Q and there is never a dull moment when leading these men ITG.
