Quick mosey west. Loop around to grab head lamp. Quick mosey East.

The Thang:
1: Burpee mile around outer trail. 20 burpees then run 1/4 mile, 20 more burpees, and so on.
after one full mile and 80 burpees, Snowman and Stu pulled off the greatest con in Grindstone history and got us to 100 burpees with two additional sets of 10. They didn’t know what was coming.
2: half mile mosey to the hill at the baseball fields.
3: 11s on the long concrete hill. 1 star jump up top and 10 burpees down below. We ran this till approximately 6:5 before we called it for time. Mosey home.
