Passing the baton…MWLA!!

Preamble:

As much as the PAX thought it was a joke that my Site Q responsibilities were coming to an end, it isn’t.  We kept it a secret on who it would be.  Stalse Farts was thrown out as an idea, so I had to adopt that name for today.

Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey to the dam to check out the lake for our DR PAX.  Warmed up with:

• SSH
• Hillbilly
• Weedpicker
• Motivators (I felt generous, so we just started at 8)

Mosey back to the parking lot.

The Thang:

Grab a coupon and circle up for The Deck of Death.  1 twist:  We found Dr. Rico’s (I keep hearing this name, but don’t know who he is…) coupon and placed it in the circle.  With each new card we rotated 1 coupon so everybody got to experience the fun. # cards + 10, face cards = 25, Ace’s = dealer’s choice, and Jokers = 10 Burpees.

• Spades – Started out as Squats, Stu changed to Overhead Presses
• Hearts – Started out as Run, YHC changed to LBCs after Milli Vanilli made us sprint

The playlist today was all Taylor Hawkins.  Awesome drummer from Foo Fighters that left us much too soon.  RIP

Special thanks to all the PAX who supported me the past year, excited to see where Milli Vanilli takes things as the new Site Q.  Congrats Milli!!

Naked-Man Moleskin:

It’s been a great honor to lead Windjammer this past year as Site Q.  Quite honestly, it flew by! There were time changes, complaints, protests, laughs, and overall an awesome time.  I wouldn’t trade this AO for anything.  In my most down weeks, the Windjammer and all our regular PAX bring me back up.  I thank you all for the support and brotherhood you’ve provided me over the past year.  It’s meant more to me that you’ll ever know.

Now that there’s a change, I’m looking forward to help provide support for the protests & heckling (MWLA!!!),  findings even more anniversaries to celebrate (mimosas around!), and ramping up the cold towel supply in the summer.
