Disk Goal

Preamble:

Saw on Slack Boneyard needed a Q, so I took it. Got there early to scout around but really the giant field with all the soccer goals was my biggest draw.

The Thang:

Pre Thang: partnered up at Gazebo.

moseyed to big field with random soccer goals everywhere. 1 Indian run lap around field. Then a full round of disk goal was played in which we finished by clearing all the goals and right on time.

DISK GOAL

Disk goal is a Mary style group game where the PAX are in control. The objective of disk goal (patent pending) is to get the disk (frisbee) into a selected goal (soccer goal, lacrosse net, whatever object you choose) in as few strokes as possible.

As a group the desired goal is selected and PAX take turns attempting to get disk in selected goal. Each throw attempt (a stroke) equals 10 reps and PAX will then bear crawl in between each throw attempt until goal is made.

The PAX who makes it into the goal then calls out an exercise for that goal. (I.E. It took 3 throws to make it into goal across the field and Feathers made the shot that scored. So he calls for 30 Monkey Humpers. )

The plenty if the disk goes over the fence is burpees until disk is returned and a 1 stroke plenty shall be enforced.

If an ace is made (hole in one) then the PAX shall be celebrated by taking a lap and foregoing the bear crawls and exercise.

Thang is over when all goals are made or time is called.
