Preamble:
When in doubt, Striper count!
Warm-O-Rama:
Moseyed up to the warm up spot for SSH, Hillbillies, and Weed Pickers. Callahan coached the Q on the proper language for starting a warm up – little pinky in the air.
Headed from there to the cinder pile to find it had been depleted, but found enough for the beat down.
The Thang:
Once the cinders were in hand, we gathered on the track to review the details – Q provided copies of the above but didn’t put it into old man font 20+.
Running was light, by design but we still managed a respectable 1.2 miles. The work was done with a partner and solo + some stationary and some moving on the track. Cusack and Murder Bunnies to end the day – what could be better?!
