Mosey around the parking lot to the normal spot – with SSH, Willie Mays Hays, Weed Pickers, and Forward/Reverse Sun Gods.

Grab a medium coupon, and mosey to the upper Pitch.

The Thang:

Thang 1:

At Goal Line: 5 Coupon Thrusters + 5 Merkins + 5 BBSU.

Overhead Walking Lunge Coupon Carry to Penalty Box (~18yds) & back.

Back to Goal Line: 5 Coupon Thrusters + 5 Merkins + 5 BBSU.

Coupon Carry to Mid-Field Yard & back.

Rinse & Repeat until Q calls time.
[Sometime during this period, Dunshire decided to show up…. thankfully with coffee. ;)]

Thang 2:

In the remaining ~10 minutes, we did a short “Sprint Mary”:

25 Dying Cockroaches IC, sprint to Midfield & Mosey Back
25 Leg Raises IC, sprint to Midfield & Mosey Back
25 Freddie Mercurys, sprint to Midfield & Mosey Back
25 American Hammers, sprint to Midfield & Mosey Back

Right on time – we recovered, dropped the coupons back at the pile – and mosey’d to the flag.
