Front partner puts rope around waist, and back partner makes the front partner FIGHT FOR EVERY INCH!

Go to second parking lot line, and switch on the way back

• First Series: Forward
• Second series: Backwards
• Third series: Side-to-Side Shuffle (face South, then switch to face North)
• Fourth series: Bear Crawl

Abs + Ladders on the hill:

Front partner does abs, and back partner runs to bottom of hill, completes the ladder, and runs to top of hill to switch.
