Preamble:

YHC was looking forward to getting a Q in as it’s been awhile.  Saw Doughboy drop an HC the night before and was excited to have a visitor!

Warm-O-Rama:

mosey around the outer loop and back to the big ass parking lot for SSH, windmill, good morning, Moroccan nightclub, hillbilly IC.

The Thang:

Head over to Hamburger Hill where PAX were instructed to partner up for some 11’s.

• Bro-pees at the bottom of the hill
• Bro-kins at the top of the hill

Mosey over to the football field to keep the bro-mance going.  Change partners and line-up on the goal line.

• Wheelbarrow 10 yards with partner 1, both partners do 10 merkins
• flapjack with partner 2 to wheelbarrow the next 10 yards, both partners to 10 merkins
• continue this down to the opposite goal line

Keep the same partners to head back to the starting goal line

• partner 1 planks ~5 yards out, partner 2 broad jumps over his legs and then planks 5 yards down field.  rinse and repeat until back to the opposite goal line

Barely time for J-lo’s back at the flag before time.

COT:

Doughboy shared the Climb Kili charity opportunity that is textbook F3 and encouraged all PAX to support and participate.  This pairs perfectly with Hillseeker and will be a great challenge for February.

Prayers for Snowman’s FIL, Ernie, who is close to making his journey back home to our heavenly father.  May his transition be smooth and painless and may his surviving family members find peace in knowing he’ll be waiting for them in a place that is far better than anything we could imagine experiencing here on Earth.
