Preamble:
Due to COVID19, there were a significant number of PAX that could not be at the beatdown, including the originally scheduled Q. Since this caught YHC off guard, we decided to do a fast-paced ruck.

PAX rucked hard for 40 minutes, getting an 18-minute pace. The level of fellowship on this ruck was high quality, and much needed.
