Greeted everyone with a “Hello”,  “Rumor has it” that Stu was the Q.  Indicated we would be “Chasing Pavement” today despite Dr. Rico’s request to take it “Easy on Me.”

Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey to tennis courts parking lot where we did arm medley, motivators and some mountain climber/ merkin and SSH/Burpee “Rumor” warm-ups.

The Thang:

First stop:  Suicides on the tennis courts

Second Stop:  Mountain Climb/Merkin and SSH/Burpees to “Rumor has it”

Third and Final Stop:  Exercise and partner box run.  (Big Boys, bearwalk/crabwalk, firehydrants..)

COT:

TMI ski trip planning,  Scorch trials,  Red Cross needs blood

Wishing Bottom Bunk a speedy recovery,  praises to Pigsah and St Franics wrestling teams, prayers for all who are suffering.

TNT: Callahan challenged us to make at least two people smile today.  You never know what their situation might be.
