YHC showed up a little early, eager to get some exercise and fellowship in.  It was a nice cold crisp morning.

The Thang:

Mosey to Ace Ventura’s favorite spot at Starting Line…. The stairs of death!

Doras, with a toll half way up, at the top of, and half way down the stairs.

Round 1 – 100 Carolina Dry docks, 300 LBCs, 200 Squats and a toll 0f 5 Merkins

Round 2 – 100 Merkins, 200 Jump Squats, 50 Burpees and a toll of 10 leg raises

Return to the warm up spot for Mary:

Who – Mountain Climbers

Dunshire – American Hammers

Sirmixalot – Oh hell, I forgot and he hasn’t responded to my text asking.

Ace – World War 2 sit ups

COT:

Prayers were given to Dunshire’s 2.0, (who is having surgery tomorrow morning), Who (having a friend struggling with mental health), and Ace (who has a family member struggling with physical health).

Ole’ Ace Ventura forgot to do the Acceleration Point, but there was great fellowship over coffee.
