Preamble:

If I had realized today was the morning after the NCG, I would not have grabbed the Q. Yet it is, and I did. Let’s go.

The Academy uses the HC button religiously. Devito was my only HC, and sure enough it was just the two of us at 0515.

The Thang:

Walk our coupons over to the track.

I had pulled this from somewhere a while ago, but according to my Googling it only includes run, squat cleans, and burpees. This was more fun.

3 rounds:

• 800m run
• 45 goblet squats
• 30 burpees
• 30 curls
• 30 skull crushers

400m run

Work/Run Ladder

40 monkey humpers, 40 overhead press, 40 American Hammers

400m run

Decrease the reps by 10 each round and increase the run interval by 400m each time.

Hit the stairs on our last lap, and had just enough time for a round of Mary.

Prayers for the St Brigid community which has lost 2 parishioners and Knights recently

Glad I made it this morning. It was worth it to make sure Devito wasn’t alone in the cold.
