The 11th day of Christmas

Preamble:

The Rubicon way is for the channel to remain silent until someone steps up to Q. I gave it til about 3:30 and then thought it’s a good time to get a head start on Fanny Pack who led the most Qs at Rubicon last year.

Plus picking up Q means I have to HC on a cold morning. Time to break out the skins.

Warm-O-Rama:

A mosey to the park flag for SSH, WP, and IW.

The Thang:

Today was to be a series of 11’s for the 11th day of Christmas.

Mosey to the planters for the first round. Dips then run to the park flag for Squats. Ninja Ice are holding up okay but finger tips are feeling the cold

Mosey to the rock pile and pick a nice frosty rock. Curls then cusack across lot for Shoulder Press. Something about holding hands up and holding frozen rocks mean no feeling to the first joint of the fingers. Nobody complains, just pushes through.

Mosey to the FOD. Audible on bear crawling because no way I am hurting my hands worse. Instead we opt for LBC’s and Mercans. Lunge Walk then change to mosey to make sure we make it through.

All throughout this pax debate what the days of christmas gifts are. We could name most of them but not sure what went where. Special K made sure to google it after the workout but I have already forgot again. Lords a leaping maybe?

Back to the flag where we knock out 007 burpees for James Bond’s birthday. The Ornithologist had his perfectly cromulent name chosen by Ian Fleming for his book series.
