Deck of Death on Steroids

Preamble:

3 PAX beat the fartsack and the promise of torrential rain for a little fun with a deck of cards.

Warm-O-Rama:

Not really a traditional warm-up, but we did run the stadium steps and do a lap around the track to get our bodies moving and to go ahead and get fully submerged.  Now off to the parking deck for the main event.

The Thang:

F3 Deck of Death – *on steroids version

• Add 20 reps to number on the card
• Face cards worth 50 reps
• Aces 100 reps
• Jokers – pick your poison
• Hearts/Cardio – run the full deck, doing the exercise in the rain once at the very top

A few stops along the way back, then one last torture session on the track courtesy of Devito.
