Slippery When Wet

Preamble:

It has been 4 years (and about 10 days) since YHC has started F3, so it seemed appropriate to pull out my first Q lineup to introduce most of PAX to it who didn’t experience it the first time. (although, there are a couple PAX in this group who were there)

Warm-O-Rama:

Quick loop around the parking lot, then SSH, WP, WM, IW, and MNC.

The Thang:

Next we moseyed over to the wall near the back of the parking lot, and did 11’s with dips and derkins, then we moseyed across the big street and down to the path by JCHS.

Next we did Route 66, which is one burpee at the first light pole, then 2 at the next and so on until you get to the 11th light pole. Then, voila, you have done 66 burpees. Be careful going over the wood bridge, it is “slippery when wet”.

Next we moseyed to the end of the path at the road and were careful to watch for cars. Did 11’s here, as well with merkins and BBS.

Ran short on time, so stopped even before Boomer could finish and headed back to the flag with a double line indian run.

Just time for a quick bit of mary and then done.
