Colombian independence @ Firehouse

Preamble:

Today we celebrated the independence of Colombia with a with a little bit of rain. I had something different planed out but unfortunately with the rain I had to change my plans and we decided to go with the good old deck of cards.

The Thang:

Deck of cards:

The pax went through the deck of cards with preassigned exercises for each of the suits. The number on the card let us know the number of reps  for say exercice. This was all completed while listening to Colombian music. (vallenato, salsa, salsa choke, Cumbia, Rock… and many more 🙂 )

Joker: qty 5 burpees.

COT:

Script Kiddie lead us in pray and we prayed for health for his brother in law that was recently diagnosed with some respiratory disease.

Naked-Man Moleskin:

We took apple cider vinegar  shots and regretted our decision immediately. After that we sat down and enjoyed a good coffee to wash it all down.
