The Thang:
Moseyed to the field in front of the school for BLIMPs (shamelessly borrowed from Caffey @Badapple):
- 5 Burpees – then run a lap
- 5 Burpees and 10 Lunges (alpha count) – then run a lap
- 5 Burpees, 10 Lunges (alpha), and 15 Imperial Walkers (alpha) – then run a lap
- 5 Burpees, 10 Lunges (alpha), 15 Imperial Walkers (alpha), and 20 Merkins – then run a lap
- 5 Burpees, 10 Lunges (alpha), 15 Imperial Walkers (alpha), 20 Merkins, and 25 Plank Jacks – then run a lap
- 5 Burpees, 10 Lunges (alpha), 15 Imperial Walkers (alpha), 20 Merkins, 25 Plank Jacks, and 30 Squats – then run a lap
Had a few things in mind, but PitStop volunteered a Thang so we made it a Co-Q.
Thang 2:
Moseyed behind the school for a few rounds of pullups–maintaining form, counting up from 1 in increments of 1 until we broke form. I broke form around 5, and we then moved to a single rep of leg-raise for as long could be held. Then moseyed back to the flag.
