Burpee Balls, Coupons, and Wind Sprints

Preamble:

Welp, this is the first time that YHC showed up with only a basic outline of the BD…and no winky to spell everything out for us. And man, was it awesome. Buckle up y’all, it’s about to get sweaty.

Warm-O-Rama:

The PAX, fully disclaimed, started off with with a mosey to the coupons pile. But, instead of the typical mosey, circle up, SSH, we mixed it up with some Burpee Ball. While moseying, the PAX had to constantly toss a football back and forth. If the ball hit the ground, we owed 5 burpees.

The Thang:

Fully warmed up after about 20 burpees and a quarter mile, we grabbed the coupons and moseyed back to the field and partnered up.

Doracides:

• 100 Curls
• 200 OH Presses
• 300 Skull Crushers

Wind Sprints: Always a fan favorite…if YHC counts as a fan.

• 2x 30 yard r:05
• r:30
• 2x 50 yard r:05
• 2x 70 yard r:05

Then the suggestion was: Find a new partner w/ you coupon

100 squats (cumulative), partner runs 60 yard shuttle.

Then we headed back to the coupon ditch, but wait, there’s more. On the way back, we hit the legs with some Lieutenant Dan (up to 5/20). Dropped off the Coupons and headed back to the flag.

…but wait, there’s more! Gotta do some more burpee ball on the way back…and we got about 20 more burpees in thanks to some ambitious throws by Hitchcock.

At the flag we had time for some Super-Alpha-count Dying Cockroaches led by Bunyan. And it explains a lot that he’s been doing double the abs this whole time…
