Preamble:
All exercises were either in rep counts of 45, 45 secs or combinations that added up to 45.
Warm-O-Rama:
10 weedpickers
10 hillbilly
10 SSH
15 Mtn Climbers
After warm-up, mosey to sit up station.
The Thang:
After arriving at sit up station all PAX performed:
45 LBC
45 Am hammers
Then Mosey to bleachers.
Next up:
45 dips
45 squat jumps
45 derkins
45 second hold balls to wall
Then Mosey back on track back to parking lot.
Next Up:
20 Merkins then lunge walk to top of hill then 25 Merkins
Next Up:
10 burpees at top run down hill do 10 Dolly’s at bottom then run back up the hill
Rinse & Repeat for 3 rounds. 4th round: rep count is 15 burpees and 15 Dolly’s.
Next Up:
4 Corners until time:
Corner 1 10 side squats, bear crawl to corner 2 10 side squats, run to corner 3 30 side squats bear crawl to corner 4 40 side squats
