Warm-O-Rama:
Mosey up to the parking lot at the top of the hill by the pool. Warm up with some:
- SSH x15
- Weed pickers X10
- Windmills x10
- Hillbillies X10
The Thang:
Mosey over to the pavilion by the pond and grab a coupon. Partner up. One partner run the lake loop while the other:
- Skull crushers with coupon
- Curls with coupon
- Worst merkin’s ever
- Squats with a halo w/ coupon
Return coupons. Mosey to lower lot by the field and grab a new coupon. All line up on the parking lot line. Cusak with coupon every 5 parking lot lines then 10 overhead press. At the end of the parking lot, turn around and head back, every 5 lines doing 10 kettle bell swings.
Mosey over to the playground for a quick round of morning call.
Mosey back to the flag for a quick Mary. Time called.
