QIC: Ace Ventura
PAX (15): Total PAX were not accounted for, due to half the group splitting off early to seek glory (a ruck of more than 2 hours to prepare for Star Course).
Preamble:
15 PAX gathered on a cold Saturday morning to seek fellowship and prepare for Star Course in March.
The Thang:
8 PAX went off to prepare for the Star course, while 7 continued on in pre-ruck. 4 stayed on for normal rucking hours, going 6.12 miles.
COT:
Ace Ventura, Snowman, Deuce, and Schneider completed the circle of trust. Prayers were offered to the following:
Those in Texas effected by the extreme weather.
Friends of Ace Ventura who have been sick with COVID-19.
Vaccine rollout continues to become smoother and life returns to normal without worry of disease.
Everyone in the United States works harder on coming together to work out our social and political differences, embrace active listening to opinions that aren’t ones own, and that we unite more as Americans, not with our parties/ideologies.
Naked-Man Moleskin:
Ace Ventura, Deuce, Snowman, and Schneider met for coffee and fellowship. There was much talk about the glory that is shopping at Costco, with Snowman rejoicing at spending over $400 per visit.
There was also a respectful political discussion about the state of our nation and state, where much was learned and bonds formed over talking about difficult topics.
There was something that significantly distracted Ace Ventura during the coffee….. then all PAX became distracted quite easily, but that is a story for another day…. (ask us directly and we may tell you about it)
