Reuben Q with OT

Preamble:

The PAX all got up with a possibility that we could actually have 10 PAX out in the gloom(that would be the first time that has happened since I have been coming to the firehouse) but with a quick glance at the temp and hearing the wind it did not look promising.
Script kiddie got there and started to plant the shovel flag and as he did the HIMs (High Impact Men) started rolling in first Lightweight and his 2.0 Lifelock rolled in and they started rolling in from there and right at 5:30 the last HIMs showed up hitting that 10 PAX mark, on one of the coldest days of the year, so far.
Then it was time to mosey with Script kiddie knowing what they where about to get into, a revisit of an old Reuben queue that always challenging.

Warm-O-Rama:

Mosey to the spot and did the standard Warm up (12 reps each)
SSH
Weed picker
Hillbilly
Sun gods
Reverse Sun gods

The Thang:

Moseyed to the lower soccer field, Script kiddie kind of over shot the Football field.
Thang 1:
4 Corners- Descending
Started at one corner and did
10 Big Boy Setups
10 American Hammers
10 Burpees
10 Merkins
Ran to the next corner
8 Big Boy Setups
8 American Hammers
8 Burpees
8 Merkins
Ran to the next corner
6 Big Boy Setups
6 American Hammers
6 Burpees
6 Merkins
On to the next corner then we did 4 each  and then a run to the corner and did 2 each

Thang 2:
This one was the BOMB
More accurately B.O.M.B.S. – basically a modified Dora
PAX1 did the exercises and PAX2 would run to midfield and back the swap till we hit the required number for each exercise
B – 50 Burpees (yes more fun with burpees)
O – 100 Over head claps
M – 150 Merkins
B – 200 Big Boy Setups
S – 250 Squats
Once that was done, Script kiddie realized, just like a standard Reuben queue, he could not count the minutes, so we had a bit of BeatDown OT( overtime)

With that we ran to the pole  but with the OT of  Thang2  sadly no Mary to end the morning, but I do not think the PAX were to sad.

COT:

Praise for Lightweight’s Father-in-law not needing a stent
Prayer for Skynyrd’s daughter, as she continues to recover from surgery

Time for the namerama and naming of the FNG

Naked-Man Moleskin:

Coffee, thanks to Dash, and conversation time, then it was time to head out to start the day.

Lightweight, Lifelock, Script kiddie, borrowed a few rucks from Ace Ventura and went for a post BeatDown  ruck, we completed 2 miles and it is always great to spend time rucking and getting to know other HIM to start the day.

Also it was great to have 10 PAX this morning, that is the most that I know of at the firehouse, and all the men did a great job with a challenging beatdown, there was some mumbling and a request for tunes which Script kiddie needs to work on for his next Q.  but it was a great group and I am thankful for this AO/These HIM.
