Deck of Death and the Return of Pothole

Preamble:

It’s been three weeks since the last Caney Creek due to Christmas and New Years day which were both on Wednesday. So it was good to get back out to the creek. However, no NLB this morning. But Pothole is back after fracturing his ankle playing GOLF! Real story.

Conditions: 30 or so and the ever present Caney Creek wind is blowing. Clear skies with the occasional shooting star.

Warm-O-Rama:

Customary parade lap around the parking lot and then:

• Weed Pickers
• Wind Mills
• Imperial Walkers

The Thang:

It is a good day to break out the F3 Workout deck of cards. I shuffled them. I really did!

Number cards are number * 10, Face cards are 25 and Aces 100.

We started off with nothing but abs and merkins for what seemed like an eternity. The occasional leg card was thrown in but the hearts (cardio cards) were elusive and we didn’t even see one until the last 10 minutes of the workout. It was a tough morning but we don’t get out of bed for easy!

After Pumba’s Q at The Norseman on Tuesday it was tough this morning with more merkins! But it warmed us up quickly.
