Its been a long time since I had been to Caney Creek for a workout and when a Q spot was open and Cowbell was going to be empty it was time to make the trip.
Warm-O-Rama:
At 0515 we took a mosey around the parking lot and back to the truck for:

The Thang:
With the preliminaries over it was time for the main event.
