On a cool and rainy Saturday, four hearty souls did not fear the rain and did not ask who’ll stop the rain, they just plowed their way through another Seles beatdown (while all the other fartsackers slept in bliss).

15 Mountain Climbers, 10 12-count Around the World lunges, 15 Peter Parkers, 10 Squawkers, 15 Side Straddle Hops, 10 Kitty Kats, 15 Prisoner Squats i.c. Rinse & Repeat
Jacob’s Ladder: 7 Burpees at bottom of hill, run to top, 1 Burpee at top, run to bottom, reduce by 1 at the bottom and add one at the top and repeat until 7 Burpees at the top.
Mosey back to Fire Station lot for another respite of Mary: 3 sets (almost; chased off the driveway by truck) of 15 alternating Low Dolly and Dying Cockroaches i.c. (Both fire station Mary sets were accompanied by a heavier downpour of rain, odd!)
Mosey back to Austin school to the Platform of Pain for alternating Plank and Mary (ABC, Freddie Mercury) until time.
COT (Green Bean took us out; congrats on his new job! Continued prayers for Sleeper and all of our other injured brethern e.g. Montross and BiBo) Coffeeteria included preliminary discussions on second F trip to the Boundary Water Canoe Wilderness Area in summer 2019 – more to come!
