A record 9 men showed up for a 0515 beat down at Caney Creek this morning. The “super blue blood red super duper its gonna eclipse don’t miss it” moon was not scheduled to start until 0640 so we got a great big full moon to watch over us as we worked through our morning.
As we were meeting in the dark (there are no street lights in the parking lot, you have to announce who you are when you greet someone) we found out we had a visitor from Greenville, SC: Easy Bake (@stuart_a_morris ). Welcome Easy Bake!
After a mosey around the parking lot we circled up:

- Cotton Pickers
- Imperial Walkers
We all grabbed a girl friend and moseyed over to the end of the parking lot for:
Dora 57s
Partner up. 57 count of each exercise for each PAX (not a shared count). PAX A runs the length of the parking lot and back while PAX B performs exercise.
First Round
- Squats with bag, touch the ground with one hand, swap bag to other shoulder at top (these were a real crowd pleaser!)
- Curls (feel the burn)
- Bent over rows (they seemed easy after the curls, but they burn, too.)
Plank for the 6. While in plank we reviewed the 5 core principles of F3 ( http://f3alpha.com/index.php/about/ ).
Second Round

We were running short on time at this point so we returned the girls to the truck and circled for:

When I got to CC this morning there were so many cars in the parking lot I thought someone had left some there over night!
